What payment methods do you accept?
The Lash Co. GC accepts EFTPOS, cash and Afterpay
Do you use cruelty free products?
Yes, all products used at Lashes by Tash are cruelty free and vegan friendly
Where are you located?
We are located at 123 Lae Drive, Runaway Bay inside Calisto Hair & Beauty
How long is recommended for infills?
Each individual will have different retention depending on their lifestyle and other factors. Infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks, over 4 weeks is considered a full set and will be charged accordingly
Do bookings require a deposit?
General Eyelash Extension bookings do not require a deposit however, cancellation fees do apply.
Lash Training bookings do require a $295 non-refundable deposit that will go towards the total price of course
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not offered for any services or training.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Eyelash Extensions, please be in contact within 48 hours after your appointment for a complimentary touch up or removal
Booking Policy

$30 Cancellation fee for all cancellations made without 24 hours notice

50% of appointment cost charged to no show appointments

If you are running more then 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and charged cancellation fee
